H. ‘Rippled Honey’
Size : Medium-large
Leaf : Dark green, rippled, very glossy, good substance
Parentage : u/k but with ventricosa & plantaginea background, possibly H. plantaginea x H. ‘Holly’s Honey’
Originator : H. Benedict
Registered : 2005, but introduced in the mid 80’s
Comments : Strong grower, good value, late flowering and one of the last hostas to die back in the winter. One of my recommended hostas – or maybe even better, H. ‘Tea at Betty’s’, its variegated sport introduced by R. Ford
My Collection
Propagation : Have a spare
